Discussion

  • In what ways has your personal self-worth become intertwined with your monthly revenue or customer feedback, and what external anchors keep you grounded when the business struggles?

  • What is your personal ‘panic threshold’: the precise point where financial fear overrides your boundaries? How can we set clear operating rules before reaching that state?

  • How is your current business model designed to fail when your personal capacity drops? What would it take to decouple your revenue from your direct physical presence?

  • What boundary do you currently have on paper that you regularly break for clients or customers? How can you redesign your onboarding or communication protocols to enforce it automatically?

  • What is one low-risk, repetitive decision or administrative task you make every week that you could completely hand off to an automated system, asynchronous contractor, or predefined standard operating procedure?

  • Let’s come up with a list of 50 cool things to do in Madison.
